1) I was taking a shower when my mother called me. I spoke to her and went to the bedroom to dress. 2) I was dressing when my neighbour came. He asked some questions about my garden, and then he left. 3) I was going to the kitchen to have a cup of tea when my friend came. He asked for a book, and I gave it to him. 4) I was going to the garage to get out my car when a policeman stopped me. He asked me about the neighbour's dog. 5) I was driving to Lizzy's house when my car stopped in the middle of the street, so I took a bus. 6) I was on the bus when it began to rain. 7) The bus stopped, and I got out. I was standing at the bus stop because of the rain. When I came to Lizzy's place, I was very late and she was not there.
