Soon, archaeologists arrived and told us that we had discovered a magnificent ancient army! --- ### Пояснения к заданиям и грамматике #### Упражнение 5 и 6: Пассивный залог (The Passive Voice) Пассивный (страдательный) залог используется, когда действие важнее, чем тот, кто его выполняет, или когда исполнитель неизвестен/очевиден. **Формула:** глагол **to be** (в нужном времени) + **V3** (3-я форма неправильного глагола или правильный глагол с окончанием **-ed**). * **Пункт 1:** Роман был написан в прошлом одним автором $\rightarrow$ **was** (Past Simple, ед. число). * **Пункт 2:** Указатель времени *next week* (на следующей неделе) требует будущего времени $\rightarrow$ **will be** (Future Simple Passive). * **Пункт 3:** Указатель времени *last Monday* (в прошлый понедельник) и подлежащее во множественном числе (*two statues*) $\rightarrow$ **were** (Past Simple, мн. число). * **Пункт 4:** Регулярное действие (*every year*) и подлежащее в единственном числе (*the site*) $\rightarrow$ **is** (Present Simple, ед. число). * **Пункт 5:** Конструкция Present Perfect (*already been posted*) с подлежащим во множественном числе (*invitations*) $\rightarrow$ **have**. #### Упражнение 7: Преобразование заголовков В газетных заголовках вспомогательные глаголы часто опускаются для краткости. Чтобы сделать из заголовка полное грамматическое предложение: * Для постоянных фактов и состояний в настоящем времени добавляем **is / are** (*is located*, *are estimated*, *is protected*). * Для событий в прошлом с точными указателями времени (*... ago*, *in 1974*) добавляем **was / were** (*was buried*, *were amazed*).
